This class is designed to condition the body for dance. It offers a kinesthetic workout that hones in on specific muscle groups, providing the strength, flexibility, and technique required by Joel Hall’s particular style of jazz dance. Geared toward beginners, students of all ages grow at their own pace.
Ages 14 and older, 1 class per week for 7 week terms
