We have a new home studio!

Through a partnership with Black Ensemble Theater, and because of the gracious support of an Anonymous Donor, the Shirley and David B Sykes Family Foundation, and Connor Dance, we now have a permanent home in Uptown. Not far from our old location, this brand-new studio will be Chicago’s home for Urban Jazz!!

Join our teachers for class, pass by the windows and watch our dancers rehearse — or just stop in to say hi! We will be launching new classes in October, rebuilding beloved programs in the coming months, and showcasing the brilliance of the Joel Hall Dancers.
